Everything in the world has energy and our bodies are no exception to this. Each part of our bodies has an energetic field, including our organs and tissues. Similarly, emotions, experiences, traumas, interactions, and more all carry energy.
Those energies can interact with the energy in our bodies in specific ways. Energy from unresolved emotions may become trapped and create an imbalance within us. The impacts of these imbalances can affect us in a variety of ways. They may lead to physical discomfort or emotional turmoil. Energy work seeks to identify energetic imbalances or blockages and remove them. By removing these energies, the body is then more free to better heal itself.

A trapped emotion is an unresolved emotional energy that becomes stuck in your body during times of stress, trauma, or intense emotional experiences. Normally, emotions flow through us and are processed naturally, but sometimes certain emotions get "trapped" in our body, especially if we don't fully process or release them at the time. This can happen due to overwhelm, intense stress or trauma, or during childhood when we are not yet mature enough to process these emotions. These trapped emotions can cause imbalances in one's physical, emotional, and mental well-being, leading to symptoms like anxiety, physical discomfort, or emotional distress.
Imagine a trapped emotion like an energetic block that interferes with the natural flow of energy in your body, much like a kink in a garden hose that reduces water flow. By identifying and releasing these trapped emotions, we help restore balance and allow your body to heal naturally.

Emotion Code and Body Code both help identify and release trapped emotions and energy imbalances that can affect your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It works by identifying and clearing trapped emotions, physical energy imbalances in your body, or faulty belief systems. These trapped energies, often formed from past experiences or stress, can disrupt your emotional and physical well-being.
Emotion Code: I use muscle testing to ask your subconscious simple yes/no questions, then narrow down and identify specific trapped emotions. Once identified, these emotions are released using simple energy techniques, often involving magnets or intention.
Body Code: This goes deeper, focusing on a wide range of imbalances, including those in your body's organs, systems, and energy pathways. Using muscle testing and yes/no questions, we identify misalignments, energy blockages, toxins, limiting beliefs or nutritional deficiencies, and then work to correct the energetic imbalances.
Belief Code: This goes even deeper, focusing on a wide range of personal beliefs. Still using muscle testing and asking only yes/no questions, together we identify beliefs that may be holding you back from your life goals… happy relationships, ideal career, optimal health, or whatever you feel you’re missing. Once identified, we consciously release those beliefs, and if needed, replace them with more positive, loving and life-affirming beliefs.
Together, these methods remove energetic blocks, allowing your body and mind to heal naturally. The process is gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

We will meet via zoom. The process is gentle and relaxing. Here’s what you can expect:
Consultation: We’ll begin by discussing your specific concerns—whether emotional, physical, or both—to tailor the session to your needs.
Intention Setting: We'll take a moment to relax, clear our minds and state our intentions for clearing trapped emotions or correcting imbalances or releasing faulty belief systems.
Muscle Testing: I pose simple yes or no questions to your subconscious and receive the answers through muscle testing, for the purpose of identifying trapped emotions or imbalances or limiting beliefs. This can be done remotely, as energy work isn’t limited by distance.
Energy Release: Once we identify the trapped emotion, physical imbalance or limiting belief, I’ll use simple techniques (such as magnets or energy-focused intention) to release them. You won’t feel pain—just a gentle sense of clearing or lightness.
Results: Some people feel immediate emotional relief, increased energy, an increase in general awareness, and/or a sense of calm, while others notice changes in the days following the session. Many people report sleeping very soundly the night after a session.
Session Report: Shortly after the session — if you wish — I will send a report with my detailed notes of the trapped emotions that were released. Some people would rather not know everything that is being released. Just let me know your preference.

You can if you wish, but there’s no need. I will take notes and send you a detailed report after your sessions. This will allow you to relax your mind and body during our session, and focus your intention on releasing.

Initial Emotion Code and Body Code sessions typically take about 45 minutes. Follow up Emotion Code and Body Code sessions are usually less than 30 minutes. I advise clients to allow a few extra minutes before the session to center themselves and relax, as well as after the session to meditate or journal.
Initial Belief Code sessions take about 75 minutes. Follow-up Belief Code sessions take about 45-60 minutes.

That’s good! This is not talk therapy. I’m just here to help you release any trapped emotions, imbalances or limiting beliefs, regardless of the circumstances in which they became trapped. I may ask you “does this resonate with you?” and you can simply reply “yes (or no)” and leave it at that.

Usually 10-15. Animals, and some people, may need to go more slowly and release fewer trapped emotions per session.

Short answer: just one. But the belief system is made up of several negative programs and limiting beliefs, and one or two faulty core beliefs. Also related to these faulty belief systems are associated trapped emotions and physical imbalances. All of those are released in the session.

I’m only the facilitator. What we do together is take a very targeted approach to the issue you’d like to work on, and clear the decks of the energies that are preventing your body and its organ systems from functioning optimally, which will allow the healing response to move forward more effectively. It’s your own body that will be doing the healing, as well as your heart and your mind.

Emotion Code and Body Code therapy is generally very gentle. Since it works with the body's energy systems, side effects are rare, but it's possible to experience temporary reactions as your body processes the released emotions. These may include:
Emotional releases: You might feel waves of emotion as trapped feelings are released. This is usually temporary and part of the natural healing process.
Fatigue or tiredness: After a session, some people feel more tired as the body adjusts, similar to how you might feel after a deep massage or therapy session.
Increased vulnerability: You may feel a little more emotionally vulnerable for a short time after the session.
Increased awareness: You may notice new insights or awareness of emotions that were previously hidden.
These effects are typically mild and short-lived, and they’re a sign that your body is adjusting to the shifts in energy. Most people feel lighter, more relaxed, and balanced after a session. Part of every session is determining precisely how long the processing symptoms will last, if any. If there are processing symptoms, they typically resolve within a day or two.
Side effects from a Belief Code session can sometimes (but not always) include mood fluctuations, spaciness, and changes in sleep patterns. These typically resolve in a day or two.

Yes, it works at any distance. I've had great success with clients who were in the same room with me, as well as with clients who were thousands of miles away. A client on the other side of the world in South Africa reported positive, lasting results. Distance does not matter.

Yes, this can work on pets just as it does on humans! Animals, like us, can experience trapped emotions from stress, trauma, or other experiences. These trapped emotions can lead to behavioral issues, anxiety, or physical problems in pets. Through the Emotion Code and Body Code, we can identify and release these trapped emotions, helping to restore balance and improve their well-being.
Since pets are very intuitive and sensitive to energy, they often respond quickly to energy work. The process is gentle, non-invasive, and can be done both in person or remotely.
This approach can help your pet feel calmer, happier, and can even relieve physical discomfort.

It is the same as a session for a human, with a few additions: before starting, I spend a few minutes with the animal and then I ask the animal’s subconscious for permission to do this work. Muscle testing will reveal a yes or a no answer. If the animal gives permission, then we proceed normally. Because animals tend to be more sensitive than humans, I will also check in with the animal after each release to see how it is feeling, and to see if it would like to continue. Animals typically release 5 to 10 trapped emotions per session.

Dogs tend to be a little sleepier than usual for a day or two. At the end of each animal session, I will use muscle testing to determine if there will be any processing symptoms, and if so, what the symptoms will be and how long they will last.

Belief Code is the newest evolution of energy healing from Discover Healing, designed to help identify and release limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious mind. While Emotion Code focuses on releasing trapped emotions and Body Code addresses imbalances in different systems of the body, Belief Code goes a layer deeper—working to clear the belief systems that may be keeping those imbalances in place.
By identifying false or limiting beliefs (like "I'm not good enough" or "I can't heal"), Belief Code allows the subconscious mind to replace them with supportive truths. The result is often greater emotional freedom, clarity, and alignment with your authentic self.

Through muscle testing, we connect with your subconscious mind to uncover beliefs that may be holding you back—often ones you're not even aware of. Many clients are surprised by how accurate and meaningful these insights can be.
Once those beliefs are identified, we release and reframe them using the Belief Code process, helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code sessions are not a substitute for proper medical care, but they work beautifully alongside your regular medical care. It is not used to diagnose disease or illness. For pets, it is not a substitute for proper training. It cannot be used without express permission of the individual for whom it is being performed.
